The Yield Management (YM) team supports Product lines for Ford Blue, Ford Pro and Model e and tackles the ~5 highest priority strategic and profit projects each quarter. The team works in "Value Sprints" with a dedicated team focused against a specific mandate for a dedicated period of time. The team applies a data-driven approach and leverages advanced analytics to derive insights and deliver tangible recommendations to create value for Ford.
