- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and (2) two years of experience within the Medical Devices Industry.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- Soft Skills: Excellent Technical Team leader skills
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Experience in:
- Supporting IT in testing IT system upgrades on manufacturing equipment.
- Performing and applying knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Executing documentation changes

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:(The day-to-day on the job)
- Execute equipment & test method validations, perform manufacturing procedure changes.
- Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level specialists; may manage projects/processes.
- Inspects the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems.
- Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
- Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline.
- Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
- Contributes to the completion of work group objectives through building relationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments.
- Innovation and Complexity: Problems and issues faced are difficult and may require an understanding of multiple issues, job areas, or specialties.
