Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Aurora, CO
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 + Annual Incentive Bonus (0-10%)

SNI Technology is seeking an experienced Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for a growing engineering and manufacturing organization specializing in complex modular and electromechanical systems. This position plays a key role in driving manufacturing excellence through process optimization, workstation design, lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for complex assemblies and production operations
  • Design and improve workstation layouts, assembly sequencing, tooling concepts, and line flow to maximize safety, quality, and throughput
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, routings, BOM structures, and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to support production readiness and process standardization
  • Review and refine engineering and shop drawings to ensure manufacturability and alignment with production sequencing
  • Support DFM/DFMA initiatives to improve product manufacturability and assembly efficiency
  • Utilize ERP systems to support production tracking, process control, and manufacturing data management
  • Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, cost, and throughput
  • Support equipment integration, process validation, and manufacturing scalability initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field required
  • 5-10 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
  • Experience in modular, prefabricated, or complex electromechanical manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with workstation design, ergonomics, assembly sequencing, and production line optimization
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, BOM management, routings, and production process controls
  • Strong understanding of DFM/DFMA methodologies, GD&T, and engineering drawing standards
  • Experience developing standardized manufacturing documentation and processes
  • Proficiency with CAD software for process layouts and tooling concepts
  • Background supporting data center infrastructure or power systems manufacturing is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives with measurable operational impact
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
