Roles and Responsibilities
- Engineering & Operational Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing engineering tasks and material planning strategies. Influence functional policy, manage resource allocation, and interpret complex business challenges to recommend best practices in engineering and product flow.
- Integrated Production Management: Oversee sophisticated manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles. Ensure seamless alignment between material availability, purchasing needs, and engineering specifications to achieve service and quality objectives.
- Complex Technical Judgment: Apply a high level of operational judgment to resolve problems in manufacturing and engineering. Assess the quality of technical data, construct solutions outside of established parameters, and utilize multiple internal and external sources to drive decision-making.
- Leadership & Influence: Own functional teams or projects with moderate scope and complexity. Communicate difficult engineering concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence organizational direction by guiding others to consider new points of view.
Required Qualifications
- For roles in the USA: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 8–10 years of experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Materials Planning).
- For roles outside of the USA: Significant experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Materials Planning/Execution; knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree from an accredited university.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $144,000.00 and $240,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
