Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Location: North Haven, CT (Onsite)

Summary:

Seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in Medical Device/MedTech or advanced manufacturing.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Windchill PLM configuration, implementation, and support experience
• Manufacturing process development, optimization, tooling, machining, equipment, and assembly
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and Process Capability
• Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement
• PLM workflows, lifecycles, attributes, and ERP/CAD/MES integrations
• Agile PLM and Product Data Management experience preferred
• Manufacturing validation, quality systems, and regulatory compliance

Priority: Windchill SME + Manufacturing Engineering + Lean/Six Sigma + SPC + Process Improvement.
