Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in manufacturing or related roles, troubleshooting skills, experience with GMP/ISO standards, and proficiency in technical documentation and software like SAP or Oracle.
Preferred: certifications in calibration, electrical systems, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Compensation ranges from $24.00–$36.00/hour, with benefits including medical plans, PTO, holidays, parental leave, retirement plans, and employee stock purchase programs.
Flexible shift work, emergency response, and physical ability to work in various conditions are required.
