Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Technician
Location Minnetonka, MN 55345
Job Type: 6+ Months of Contract + possible extension
Shift: Monday to Thursday from 3 pm to 2:00 am.

Summary
  • We are seeking motivated and reliable Engineering Technicians to support operations in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This role requires spending approximately 60% of the time on the production floor while following gowning and PPE requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, coachable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day operations on the manufacturing floor within a cleanroom environment
  • Follow cleanroom gowning and PPE procedures at all times
  • Adhere to work instructions, control plans, and routing procedures
  • Assist engineers and operators to ensure smooth production processes
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
  • Use basic measurement tools and equipment such as multimeters
  • Support investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) as needed
  • Maintain accountability, reliability, and ownership of assigned tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
  • Medical device industry experience preferred but not required
  • Exposure to investigations and CAPA processes is a plus
  • Community college technician program graduates encouraged to apply

  • Open to strong recent graduates and candidates with limited experience who demonstrate high potential, motivation, and strong soft skills
