Sr. Manufcturing Engineer

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Implement and support manufacturing technologies in serial production
  • Improve manufacturing processes, standards, and productivity
  • Support new product launches and production readiness activities
  • Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, and process documentation
  • Prepare equipment specifications, feasibility studies, and supplier requirements
  • Support audits, training, equipment releases, and cross-functional projects

This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • 5-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in automotive
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, PLCs/HMIs, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, quality tools, APQP, and project management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
