Sr Maritime Project Manager
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex vessel projects from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality maritime solutions.

You’ll play a key role in guiding teams, driving project success, and fostering a collaborative, safety-first environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor project teams, creating a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Oversee steel vessel fabrication, assembly, and delivery from concept through completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time delivery
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with USCG and Classification Society standards
  • Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation across projects
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of maritime project management experience
  • Strong background in steel vessel construction and shipyard operations (must-have)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
  • Experience working with subcontractors and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
