Amazon Devices-the team behind the best-selling Amazon Echo, Kindle E-Reader, Fire Tablet, Fire TV, Ring, Blink, and eero product lines-is seeking a high-performing, results-oriented and customer-obsessed Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Cross Devices Marketing team.

As the single-threaded owner of traffic and marketing analytics, you will be a go-to marketing data expert for sales and marketing leaders, channel marketing managers, and senior Devices leadership. You will own the recurring reporting mechanisms (e.g. WBR and similar) that keep stakeholders informed on drivers of business outcomes and help drive strategic marketing decisions across the Devices business, with direct visibility to senior leadership.

Beyond recurring reporting, you will consult on data and attribution questions across the organization and deliver analyses that help shape investment and growth decisions. Your insights will directly influence how leaders prioritize growth initiatives and allocate marketing investment.

This role requires someone who combines strong analytical skills with good business judgment, including a willingness to adopt AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, improve reporting quality, and scale impact beyond what manual approaches allow. You must be comfortable operating independently, proactively identifying trends and opportunities, and communicating findings to senior audiences with clarity and precision. Stakeholders will rely on your analysis to make high-quality decisions.

We welcome candidates from a variety of analytical backgrounds. Whether your experience is in marketing analytics, financial planning, demand forecasting, supply chain analytics, business intelligence, or another quantitative discipline, what matters most is your ability to own high-visibility analytical programs end-to-end and your drive to turn ambiguous business questions into structured, data-informed answers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own and evolve recurring traffic and marketing reporting mechanisms (including WBR) with visibility to senior Devices leadership
  • Serve as the single-threaded analytics expert for the Cross Devices Marketing team, consulting across product lines and channels
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, diagnose issues, and surface growth opportunities across Devices traffic and marketing performance
  • Develop data visualizations and automated reporting solutions that improve decision-making speed and quality
  • Partner with product line leaders and channel marketing managers to interpret results and recommend actions
  • Proactively identify anomalies and emerging patterns in traffic and marketing data, escalating findings with context and recommendations
  • Partner with the Devices Data team to develop long-term analytics roadmaps, align on data priorities, and ensure reporting mechanisms evolve with business needs
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation (e.g., generative AI, ML-based anomaly detection, automated narrative generation) to improve reporting efficiency and analytical depth

A day in the life

You start the morning reviewing traffic trends across the Devices portfolio, flagging anomalies before stakeholders ask. Mid-morning, you"re refining the weekly WBR narrative for senior leadership. After lunch, a product line leader pings you with an attribution question and you pull a quick deep-dive to inform their investment decision. Later, you join a roadmap sync with the Devices Data team to align on upcoming reporting improvements. Between meetings, you"re iterating on a script that automates a manual reporting workflow.

Our vision is to deliver a world-class customer experience that seamlessly surfaces relevant content for each customer through their online journey, helping customers discover, purchase, and engage with Amazon devices, software, services and accessories.

About the Company

A

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
