Pay Rate: $73.00 - $75.00/hr.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to support promotion execution across retail and ecommerce channels, customer data operations, and direct marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for configuring promotional offers, managing customer data processes for catalog marketing, and delivering recurring business reports. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong execution skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Promotion Execution (60%)

• Own the end-to-end execution of assigned promotional events, ensuring timely and accurate implementation across retail and ecommerce channels.
• Interpret requests, instructions, and disclaimers to configure promotional events in retail and web platforms.
• Prepare and validate price lists to support product-level promotions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to test promotions and ensure they function according to requirements and expected customer behavior.
• Monitor promotions in production and implement solutions to minimize customer impact when issues arise.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to promotion execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on promotion capabilities, collaborating with marketing, retention, ecommerce, and retail teams to recommend effective execution approaches and ensure accurate implementation.

Direct Marketing Data Management - Catalog Mailing (30%)

• Set up production schedules based on marketing targets, including audience, circulation, and in-home dates.
• Pull customer lists and purchase data and deliver files to vendors for modeling and suppression activities.
• Partner with vendors to develop files, instructions, keycodes, and summary sheets.
• Conduct audits to ensure accurate list selection and vendor data processing throughout the mailing process.
• Collaborate with IT and management to execute processes on time.

Business Reporting & Operational Support (10%)

• Support monthly retail customer data capture reporting.
• Gather and organize data to support ad hoc and recurring reporting requests and business questions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ecommerce operations, retail operations, data operations, or related business operations roles.
• Experience with POS systems or Shopify preferred.
