OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Charlotte office and play a key role in supporting business development strategy, pursuit planning, and marketing efforts. This position goes beyond proposal production to serve as a strategic support partner to firm and studio leadership as they build relationships, identify opportunities, and position the firm for growth.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Senior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with studio leadership, principals, and marketing managers to help implement business development strategies, support client and market research, contribute to pursuit planning, and develop compelling materials that advance Cooper Carry’s position in key markets.
While the primary focus of this role is internal strategy support and pursuit execution, the Senior Marketing Coordinator may also attend select industry events, conferences, and client meetings when appropriate to support relationship-building efforts, capture follow-up items, and help translate business development activity into actionable marketing and pursuit strategies.
