The Career Opportunity:

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Intelligence Analyst who turns CRM and marketing automation data into a competitive advantage. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of data, strategy, and go-to-market execution — translating HubSpot and Salesforce signals into clear insights that accelerate pipeline velocity from first touch to closed-won.

You'll own the analytical layer of our marketing engine: identifying where demand is building, where funnel stages are leaking, and where growth opportunities are hiding in plain sight. Your work won't live in dashboards — it'll drive decisions.

What You’ll Do

Here’s how you’ll help us bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:

  • Mine HubSpot and Salesforce data to surface TOFU engagement patterns, lead quality signals, and conversion trends across the full funnel
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline contribution and revenue outcomes
  • Identify friction points across the buyer journey and partner with demand gen, product marketing, and RevOps to act on them fast
  • Develop lead scoring models and segmentation logic that sharpen targeting and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
  • Deliver proactive, insight-forward analysis — not just what happened, but what it means and what to do next

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years in marketing analytics, revenue operations, or a related intelligence function
  • Deep, hands-on fluency in HubSpot and Salesforce — you know where the data lives, what it means, and how to connect the two
  • Strong command of funnel metrics, attribution modeling, and pipeline reporting
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for both marketing teams and executive stakeholders
  • A bias toward speed and action — you close insight gaps, you don't just document them

Ready to Join?

If you’re excited to bring your ideas, energy, and expertise to a team that’s shaping the future of healthcare, we can’t wait to hear from you. Apply today and let’s make healthcare simpler, smarter, and Better. Together.

The Fine Print (That Really Matters)

At PracticeTek, we determine compensation by considering market data, internal equity, and each candidate’s skills and experience. For this position, we reasonably expect to pay between $100,000 -$120,000. This role is also eligible for benefits, including health, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and may be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, as applicable.

PracticeTek is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and supported. All qualified applicants will receive fair treatment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, uniformed service status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
