Our team operates with the agility of a fintech startup within Amazon. We are seeking a senior lifecycle marketer to own the outbound activation system that converts the right sellers into qualified loan applicants. This role is for an analyst-marketer who designs cohort journeys against established segmentation frameworks, ships GenAI-powered marketing mechanisms, and drives measurable application start rate uplift segment by segment. Key job responsibilities Lifecycle System Operation: Design and ship outbound journeys and retargeting across email, push, and other outbound channels (e.g. ads) that activate target segments with the right channel mix and frequency Segment Activation: Translate established segmentation and propensity models into channel-specific cohort treatments, suppression rules, and journey logic that move app start rate by segment Cross-Surface Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with the onsite surface owner on cross-surface campaign design, frequency orchestration, and unified seller treatment Experimentation Execution: Run a structured test program within the team's experimentation framework, sizing hypotheses, shipping cohort-level tests, and codifying learnings back into segmentation and content strategy GenAI Mechanism Shipping: Build and operate at GenAI-driven marketing mechanisms that compresses cost-per-touchpoint or unlocks personalization that is not possible with manual operation Performance Reporting: Pull, interpret, and report on campaign/channel impact to app start rate with low dependence on a BIE partner, surfacing program-level signal back into the team's measurement architecture US Seller Event Activation: Own US-based seller event execution as part of the outbound surface, integrating events into the broader lifecycle journey A day in the life Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent - Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting - Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation - Hands-on experience owning multi-channel, outbound lifecycle programs (e.g. email, push, sms, ads) - Demonstrable AI fluency, including active daily use of AI tools Preferred Qualifications - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting - Master's degree in marketing, economics, business or equivalent - Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms - Experience with multi-product cross-sell or attach programs with measurable lift - Fintech, lending, or financial services domain experience - International marketing experience, particularly EU - B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplace lifecycle background Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
