Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opportunity for a Sr MDM Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
Responsibilities:
The Sr MDM Analyst will combine the disciplines of data quality, data management, data policy management into a methodology that ensures data assets are formally managed. This position works together with subject matter experts within the business to establish policies that may address data quality, security, privacy and retention of those assets. The Data Governance Lead, via the policies they establish, gives guidance to data stewards (Product Commercialization Managers and local data stewards) to enact the policies. Through reporting and analysis generated from the steward community, this position refines and evolves data governance policies. You will have the opportunity to:
- Support and drive master data activities across large-scale SAP transformation programs (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), including data readiness, cleansing, migration, and governance.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work through the use of automation and modern data tools.
- Perform hands-on extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) activities for master data objects (e.g. Business Partner, Material), including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, including cleansing rules, transformation logic, and cutover planning for SAP deployments.
- Create, maintain, and monitor data quality dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support governance and decision-making.
- Develop and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable master data across the enterprise.
- Act as a Master Data Management SME on SAP project teams, supporting design decisions, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and hypercare activities.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, mapping documents, data migration objects, and process documentation.

Qualifications:
We need you to have:
- 4+ years of SAP Master Data (S/4HANA experience strongly preferred), including core objects such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, and Material.
- 4+ years of supporting large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Master Data ETL processes, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation logic, and load activities (LSMW, Migration Cockpit, ETL tools).
- Experience with data migration cycles, including mock loads, reconciliation, defect resolution, and cutover support.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and master data lifecycle processes.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholder
Icing on the cake:
- Experience with Precisely Automate/Evolve or Winshuttle.
- Familiarity with data integration tools or platforms (e.g., SAP Data Services).
- Exposure to data validation, reconciliation automation, or basic scripting.
- Familiarity with emerging tools (including AI-assisted data analysis or automation).

Bonus Eligibility:
Role is eligible for 10% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.
