Key Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in mechanical design
- Education: BSME preferred
- Core Skills:
- Electromechanical design of machinery
- Design of tooling (dies, molds, jigs, fixtures)
- SolidWorks + PDM environment
Role Overview
- Design, develop, validate, and support mechanical/electromechanical systems (machines, instruments, plastics, controls, etc.)
- Work on new product programs (e.g., Triton, Sensight NG, Micra, Voyager)
- Support R&D to manufacturing transfer
- Improve system performance, cost, and efficiency
Responsibilities
- End-to-end product design (concept → implementation)
- Perform analysis, validation, and problem-solving
- Recommend design/process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors
- May lead projects and mentor junior engineers
