Join our dynamic team in Danvers, MA, where innovation meets excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support exciting new programs such as Triton, Sensight Next Generation, Sensight expansion, Micra, Voyager, and others.
Top 3 Technical Skills Required:

Electromechanical design of machinery.
Design of tooling, dies, molds, jigs, or fixtures.
Proficiency in SolidWorks design environment with experience in PDM environment.

Education and Experience:

BSME preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, onsite only.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Research, plan, design, verify, validate, and develop mechanical and/or electromechanical products and systems.
Recommend various technology options or approaches for system, processes, facility, or program improvements in terms of safety, performance, efficiency, or costs.
May be responsible for the transfer from R&D to manufacturing.

Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
Works independently under limited supervision to determine and develop approach to solutions.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires advanced knowledge of the job area combining breadth and depth, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
