Sr. Mechanical Engineer – HVAC/building systems

Growing full-service engineering firm has an opening for a Mechanical Lead Engineer with building systems design (government, higher education and workplace preferred but not a requirement) experience. Direct-hire position (hybrid) with excellent bonus potential!

Duties:
* Provide and delegate work to design team
* Provide guidance to designers on mechanical issues
* Ensure designs meet scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements
* Work with Project Manager to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Associate degrees will also be considered)
* Strong communication skills and ability to lead people
* Ability to assess and analyze systems and develop multiple design options
* Building systems design experience required
* Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification a plus

Salary: $110-155K
