Trident Consulting is seeking a "Sr. Mechanical Engineering Technician " for one of our clients in " Burlington, MA (Onsite) " A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Sr. Mechanical Engineering Technician
Locations: Burlington, MA (Onsite)
Type: Contract
Rate: $48/Hr W2

Requirements
  • Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced prototype/lab environment
  • What Type of Background or Profile Has Worked Well in This Position:
  • Several years of hands-on experience with electromechanical capital equipment
  • Mechanical Engineering Technician, Mechanical Technician, Engineering Technician, or strong Assembly Technician backgrounds
  • Experience supporting prototype builds, testing, and documentation activities
  • Medical device experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong experience with troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and test support
  • Nice-to-have experience includes:
3D printing and slicer software
IEC 60601-1 or ISO 13485 regulated environments
Oracle PLM or Helix ALM
CAD exposure (not a hard requirement, but a plus)
