Job Title: Sr. Media Consultant

Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a visionary and high impact Consulting Principal to drive growth of our Media Entertainment practice In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to CXO suites navigating the complex intersection of content technology and business transformation

The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in ME and a proven track record of guiding global organizations through largescale technology consolidations post merger integrations and AI driven innovation You aren''t just selling services you are architecting the future of how media is created distributed and monetized

Key Responsibilities

Business Transformation Leadership

Design the blueprint for transformation by aligning people processes and technology capabilities

Ensure transformations prioritize high-quality user and consumer experiences

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex programs to ensure strategic goals are met on time and at scale

CXO Relationship Management Advisory

Serve as the primary point of contact for Business and IT CXOs CEO CTO CIO CMO bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy

Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling business narratives that highlight ROI and longterm value

Strategic Technology Consolidation

Audit and evaluate fragmented technology ecosystems to design platform consolidation strategies that reduce technical debt and operational silos

Advise clients on shifting from legacy architectures to unified scalable cloudnative or hybrid environments

Lead the technology workstream in merger and acquisition MA scenarios ensuring seamless integration of disparate platforms data sets and workflows

Develop Day 1 through Day 100 integration roadmaps to minimize disruption while maximizing synergy realization

Build comprehensive business cases for largescale transformation initiatives

Define and track Key Performance Indicators KPIs to demonstrate the success of consulting engagements

AI Strategy Innovation

Identify and advocate for opportunities to infuse Artificial Intelligence AI and Generative AI across the ME value chain

Govern the ethical and practical implementation of AI to ensure it drives measurable business outcomes

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
