Sr Member Relations & Advocate Specialist
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

What You'll Be Doing
The Sr Member Relations & Advocate Specialist is responsible for independently managing the Credit Union''s most complex, sensitive, and high-risk Member escalations. This role applies advanced investigation, critical thinking, and de-escalation expertise to achieve fair, timely, and compliant resolutions while balancing Member advocacy with organizational risk. The position partners with leadership and cross functional teams to address escalations with enterprise impact, supports high-risk Member relationship decisions including restriction or expulsion processes, and provides subject matter guidance to promote consistent escalation practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

5-7 years of prior relevant experience required
Threat Manager Certification or similar required Coursework or certification in Risk Management, Compliance, Dispute Resolution, or Conflict Management preferred
