MEP Construction Manager
This privately owned, nationally recognized contractor has been delivering construction services for more than 60 years, specializing in large and complex projects across sectors such as data centers, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, healthcare, hospitality, education, and commercial developments. The company is known for managing high-profile, mission-critical projects and providing a full range of construction services throughout the United States.
Directed MEP construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout. Led subcontractors and project teams to achieve safety, quality, and schedule objectives. Managed MEP issue resolution, risk mitigation, and field-to-design coordination. Partnered with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project success. Oversaw quality assurance, commissioning, and compliance for mission-critical facilities. Ensured successful delivery of complex MEP systems through proactive planning and execution.
