Job Description
Directed MEP construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout. Led subcontractors and project teams to achieve safety, quality, and schedule objectives. Managed MEP issue resolution, risk mitigation, and field-to-design coordination. Partnered with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project success. Oversaw quality assurance, commissioning, and compliance for mission-critical facilities. Ensured successful delivery of complex MEP systems through proactive planning and execution.

The Successful Applicant
Led MEP execution for mission-critical, data center, and large-scale commercial construction projects. Managed project teams, trade partners, and consultants to achieve schedule and budget goals. Oversaw MEP design coordination, procurement, commissioning, and project turnover. Directed quality control, safety compliance, and risk management across all project phases. Administered project financials, including forecasting, change orders, and cost controls. Travel to projects throughout Texas and the Southeast, maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
