Our growth requires leaders who operate both strategically and tactically: think big to drive new opportunities, dive deep in data to uncover customer insights, break down and solve complex problems and drive operational excellence.

The Sr. Manager, Fire Tablet Sales will lead the team in charge of sales for Fire tablets and associated accessories. Responsibilities include P&L management, demand driving activities across marketing and promotions, and multi-channel retailer strategy. Your team will be the business owner and work across organizations to drive the inputs for sales such as pricing, promotion, in-stock, and offline assortment. The role is global in nature, driving North America sales inputs and working across international teams to drive a WW sales strategy. This is a high visibility role that will work on a broad array of business problems and have frequent opportunities to interact with and present to leadership.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage the North America Fire tablet and Accessories sales team
  • Accountable for driving North America Fire tablet sales, including developing and implementing our annual plans
  • Drive demand generation: includes running and developing new initiatives and programs for selling Fire tablets on Amazon and in offline partners
  • Define and deliver a best-in-class marketing program, write business requirements and partner with the merchandising organization on implementation
  • Conduct business and financial analysis, be fluent in speaking to and analyzing P&L drivers, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
  • Key influencer in developing and auditing business strategy, contributing significantly to business operations, customer engagement and analytics, and financial planning
  • Develop, standardize and maintain business critical metrics (input and output), analysis, reporting, to support business and financial planning
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
  • Role is global in nature - will work with teams in other marketplaces

Key job responsibilities

  • Responsible for the global P&L and target setting for quarterly guidance and annual cycles
  • Coach and develop a team of business leaders managing adult and kids tablets businesses across NA
  • Provide input and insights into future go-to-market plans for new product launches
  • Develop promotional and marketing strategies that inform a broader integrated marketing plan with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Present to senior leaders in small and large forums, requiring strong executive presence
  • Own WW build strategy for tablet devices, leveraging existing business trends, science models and category insights to inform supply outlook in partnership with science and operation teams

A day in the life

In this role, you will drive a mix of daily execution and outer year planning and strategizing. You will be leveraging in market product learnings to help shape future roadmaps, product positioning and outer year planning. You will also be responsible for working with central marketing teams to drive sales for in-market products, ensuring we are maximizing our reach, and testing alternative messaging on product pages and marketing materials.
