Job overview and responsibilities
This position leads the Network Operations Center (NOC) Line Maintenance Planning Team in administering all routine and non-routine planning functions for its fleet of 750+ modern aircraft while ensuring all required items are scheduled within their maintenance program limits. The Senior Manager reports directly to the Director of Line Maintenance Planning. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining all departmental plans, policies, and processes while meeting the demands of a growing flight operational schedules. This position also requires a technology-based mind-set able to develop, test, implement and train the Line Planning Team on new software platforms.

Bachelor''s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in aviation technology/engineering or management and/or FAA Airframe and Powerplant License

7 years of aircraft maintenance industry experience
5 years in a leadership role
Strong background and in-depth knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations pertaining to maintenance programs and procedures, aircraft maintenance systems and aircraft routing
Demonstrates strong knowledge and understanding of aircraft maintenance planning processes
Strong people and time management skills
Strong relationship and collaboration skills
Proven organization and leadership skills with the ability to lead and maintain strong, productive teams and working relationships
Capable of guiding teams through continuous improvement focused initiatives
Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter demonstrating a positive, willing attitude as well as exhibiting excellent oral and written communication skills

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
The base pay range for this role is $127,870.00 to $166,492.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
