Promotes positive behaviors that improve interactions with patients families visitors physicians vendors and staff. Responds to customer needs to ensure effective care and service delivery. Contributes to hospital department and community initiatives including special programs like network integrity pathways and residencies. Prepares and supervises support staff activities including revenue cycle management and supply ordering. Supports directors in developing budgets and capital equipment requests.
