Sr Mgr Product Engineering

Overview --------

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider making data faster and safer, is seeking to hire an exceptional Sr. Manager Product Engineering to join our Global Operations team in San Jose. In this role, you will be working with some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world developing products that make data faster and safer. As a Sr. Manager Product Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing new products to our OSAT's, and your contributions will be instrumental in reducing the Cost of Test and Quality.

Key Responsibilities --------------------

• Manage a team of Product Engineers located in multiple countries
• Project management with effective communications skills with internal cross functional teams, customers, and suppliers
• Communicate weekly product status and updates on yield, OEE, and quality trends
• Execute effective teamwork by collaborating with global teams to enable new product introductions at the OSAT's
• Enable product Test Flow implementation to ensure lowest Cost of Test and highest Quality
• Mentor and support direct reports in their career development to be able to have scalability of the organization

Qualifications --------------

• B.S/M.S in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experienced in managing a Team of engineers
• Knowledge in Test engineering and testers a plus
• Ability to learn and problem solve
• Comfortable with collaboration, open communications, and reaching across functional borders

Company Culture ----------------

Rambus offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, matching 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, time-off program, and gym membership. The US salary range for this full-time position is $156,900 to $291,300. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
