  • Drive testing, deployment, and adoption of software enhancements across existing and new facilities.
  • Analyze operational requests, validate business needs, and coordinate configuration and setup changes.
  • Provide expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues in both production and testing environments.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, project management, technology teams, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to align teams around evolving business priorities.
  • Deep understanding of logistics, warehouse management, automation, robotics, and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and operational challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting project updates to senior leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of building effective cross-functional partnerships.

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or relevant work experience.
  • 9+ years of experience in supply chain systems, logistics technology, software implementation, project management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing professional teams.
  • Experience leading complex system implementations, enterprise software integrations, upgrades, or multi-site deployments.
  • Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle from planning and testing through implementation and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and supply chain execution technologies.
  • Experience within distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations environments.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced warehouse technologies.
  • Experience managing technology vendors and external business partners.

We Offer:

  • Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups
  • Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)
  • Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
  • The opportunity to lead high-visibility initiatives that directly impact Staples supply chain operations nationwide.
  • Collaborative environment where your leadership and technical expertise will drive meaningful business outcomes.
