The Senior Manager Social Platform Lead - YouTube leads the strategy, programming, operations, and performance optimization of QVC's YouTube presence. You'll shape how customers discover QVC content, products, personalities, and stories across one of the world's most influential video platforms.

You'll turn business priorities, customer insights, seasonal moments, and content opportunities into a clear YouTube growth plan. Your work will help increase discoverability, watch time, audience engagement, subscriber growth, traffic, conversion, and revenue contribution through ad share and affiliate activity.

You'll lead through influence across creative, production, social, merchandising, programming, paid media, marketing, and analytics teams. You'll also guide agency and vendor partners, build a strong organic relationship with Google, and establish the priorities, standards, and performance routines that help teams deliver high-quality work with speed and consistency.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.

What You'll Do

• Set and evolve QVC & HSN's YouTube channel strategy, including content pillars, audience priorities, publishing approach, growth opportunities, and success measures.
• Translate brand, customer, programming, product, and commercial priorities into an integrated YouTube content calendar covering tentpole moments, live and social commerce priorities, product storytelling, and always-on programming.
• Lead channel performance management across impressions, click-through rate, views, watch time, average view duration, audience retention, engagement, subscriber growth, traffic, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, metadata, content packaging, publishing cadence, community features, and channel architecture through structured testing and performance analysis.
• Direct cross-functional execution with creative, production, social, merchandising, programming, paid media, marketing, and analytics partners, ensuring content is designed for YouTube audiences rather than simply repurposed from other channels.
• Use YouTube Studio, competitive benchmarking, audience behavior, and market trends to identify content opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and recommend changes to channel strategy.
• Influence internal stakeholders and maintain QVC's organic relationship with Google, ensuring YouTube standards and platform best practices are consistently applied.
• Manage agency, vendor, and other external partner relationships, including briefs, priorities, feedback, timelines, quality standards, and performance expectations.
• Support budget planning, resource prioritization, content investment decisions, and tracking of YouTube-related revenue or commercial goals.
• Coach and guide team members, agency partners, and other resources supporting YouTube execution while establishing workflows that improve speed, quality, accountability, and consistency.
• Present channel performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership in a clear, actionable way.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of relevant experience in YouTube, social media, digital content, audience development, content marketing, video strategy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing YouTube channel strategy for a brand, publisher, media company, retailer, agency, or similar organization.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube channel operations, content publishing, metadata, search optimization, thumbnails, playlists, community features, and platform best practices.
• A track record of improving audience and content performance, such as subscriber growth, watch time, retention, engagement, click-through rate, traffic, conversion, or revenue.
• Experience using YouTube Studio and other analytics or reporting tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make optimization decisions.
• Experience leading content planning and execution across creative, production, marketing, social, merchandising, paid media, analytics, or related teams.
• Experience influencing stakeholders, aligning priorities, and delivering results through cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, freelancers, production partners, or platform relationships.
