Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of agile experience scrum master managing scrum team for medium to large software development projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SSM/PMI) Certification.
- Agile experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum Teams for software development projects.
- Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and other functions involved in Project Delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with leadership, technical and non-technical groups.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills.
- JIRA expertise: Sprint Reporting, Road mapping, Dependency management
- AI literacy with the ability to leverage AI tools for productivity, understand basic AI concepts and governance, and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency in project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
- SaaS Technical Delivery
- Passionate about building technical solutions

- Work closely with software engineers, product managers and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the SDLC (build, test, and release on time).
- Manage project schedules, identify possible risks/issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.

- Maintaining release and dependency plans across Engineering teams and external partners
