Role: Sr. MicrobiologistLocation: Aliso Viejo, CA (5 days in the office a week)Type:ContractRate:$57/Hr on W2Requirement:- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with aseptic testing, environmental monitoring, microbial identification, Gram staining, and plating techniques.
- Strong knowledge of AAMI, ISO, USP, GMP, HACCP, and cGMP regulations.
- Experience with laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and microbiological testing instruments.
- Familiarity with quality systems, including Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and investigation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
