Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst for their Troy, MI/Remote/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead functional analysis and requirements-gathering activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and validate Dynamics 365 functional solutions, including configuration, security roles, business processes, forms, views, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical, integration, testing, and business teams throughout design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, training, and functional documentation.
• Ensure requirements traceability, solution quality, and alignment with agreed scope and delivery standards.
• Senior role working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, integration teams, and testers.
• Key deliverables include functional specifications, user stories, process flows, configuration documentation, traceability, test support, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are required.
• Familiarity with Data verse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Data models and CRM entities required
