We are looking for a Monitoring Specialist with a strong operations and developer mindset to manage and enhance enterprise monitoring platforms. This role focuses on ensuring reliability, observability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Datadog, and Dynatrace
Provide Linux & Windows system administration support
Support Azure monitoring, logging, and integrations
Improve alert quality, event management, and incident response workflows
Collaborate with operations, cloud, and security teams
Contribute to automation, scripting, and platform improvements
Must-Have Skills:
6+ years in infrastructure operations / monitoring / observability
Strong expertise in monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog, Dynatrace)
Hands-on experience with Linux & Windows systems
Knowledge of SNMP, network monitoring, and telemetry
Experience with Azure monitoring and logging
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Azure Sentinel or SIEM tools
Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and automation
Familiarity with AI-driven monitoring or event management
