We are seeking a passionate Power Module Design Sr. Member of Technical Staff with expertise in power module design to come on board onsemi’s Power Solutions Group design team and be part of our quest to be the global Intelligent Power solutions leader.
We have an innovative portfolio of Silicon Carbide (SiC) solutions, alongside IGBTs and GaN in the pipeline and we look forward to enhancing our product roadmap with creative solutions that enable us to meet our customer needs. The successful applicant will be based in our office in either Scottsdale or San Jose.
