In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource for nCino and Salesforce initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, subject matter experts, QA, DevOps, integration teams, offshore development teams, and third-party vendors. You will help translate complex commercial lending and business requirements into scalable technical solutions while providing hands-on development and technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. Your future duties and responsibilities How you'll make an impact * Serve as a primary onsite technical point of contact for nCino and Salesforce initiatives. * Own technical delivery across the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production stabilization. * Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, SMEs, QA, DevOps, integration teams, offshore teams, and third-party vendors to successfully deliver complex solutions. * Translate business, commercial lending, and loan origination requirements into scalable and maintainable nCino and Salesforce solutions. * Lead technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, design reviews, code reviews, release-readiness activities, and implementation planning. * Coordinate multiple development and integration workstreams while proactively managing technical dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines. * Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot solutions using **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python**. * Develop solutions using **Salesforce OmniStudio**, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. * Design efficient Salesforce data solutions using **SOQL, SOSL, DML, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC)**. * Design and implement integrations using **Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and OIDC**. * Support integrations with enterprise and third-party platforms such as **Apache Kafka, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, IBM FileNet, credit bureau APIs, and other banking platforms**. * Troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, performance, and production issues and participate in root cause analysis and remediation. * Apply Salesforce security and governance practices, including CRUD, field-level security (FLS), sharing rules, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, and Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption. * Optimize Salesforce performance for large data volumes through SOQL optimization, Query Plan Analysis, and database concurrency management. * Support source control, release management, and CI/CD processes using tools such as **Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce CLI**. * Mentor development team members, provide technical direction, and promote consistent engineering practices across onsite and offshore teams. * Communicate project status, technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and mitigation plans clearly to technical and business stakeholders. * Support successful production implementations, post-production validation, stabilization, and hypercare activities. Technical Environment **Core Platforms:** nCino, Salesforce **Salesforce Development:** Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, SOQL, SOSL, DML, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Salesforce DX, Salesforce APIs **Programming:** Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python **Integration:** REST, SOAP, Salesforce APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, OIDC, Apache Kafka, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, IBM FileNet, credit bureau APIs **DevOps:** Git, Azure DevOps, Copado, CI/CD, Salesforce CLI **Containers:** Docker, Kubernetes, Helm **Security & Governance:** CRUD, FLS, Sharing Rules, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption **Data & Performance:** SOQL Optimization, Large Data Volumes (LDV), Query Plan Analysis, Database Concurrency Management Required qualifications to be successful in this role What you'll bring * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline**. * **5+ years of overall software development experience**, including significant hands-on Salesforce development experience. * **5+ years of hands-on nCino implementation and development experience** within enterprise environments. * Strong hands-on development experience with **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and related Salesforce technologies**. * Experience designing, developing, and supporting complex nCino/Salesforce solutions involving multiple enterprise integrations. * Demonstrated experience serving as an onsite technical expert and primary technical point of contact for business and technology stakeholders. * Experience translating business and lending requirements into scalable technical designs and working solutions. * Experience coordinating and providing technical direction to geographically distributed onsite and offshore development teams. * Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, authentication protocols, security, data architecture, and platform best practices. * Experience with source control, CI/CD, release management, and Salesforce deployment practices. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with demonstrated experience resolving complex application, integration, data, and production issues. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and technical workstreams in a complex enterprise environment. * **Salesforce and/or nCino certifications**. ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience within **banking, commercial lending, loan origination, credit, or broader financial services environments**. * Experience with nCino Commercial Banking, Commercial Lending, or related lending capabilities. * Experience integrating Salesforce/nCino with enterprise banking platforms, document management solutions, e-signature platforms, credit bureau services, and event-driven architectures. * Experience with **OmniStudio, Copado, Azure DevOps, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm**. * Experience supporting production releases, stabilization, and hypercare for large-scale enterprise implementations.
