Job Summary (List Format) for Provided Job Description:

- Design, develop, prepare, test, and debug web program code for business applications.
- Implement best practices in SQL; strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL (optimization, refactoring, concurrency, latency tuning), and advanced SSIS.
- Review, code, and compile structured programs.
- Prepare test data and conduct unit testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze automation requests for business process improvements.
- Create work plans, develop project schedules, and estimate time and costs for software projects.
- Produce all required SDM technical documentation, including technical specifications and design documents.
- Interface with users to gather requirements, understand needs, and resolve issues for application enhancements and maintenance.
- Maintain awareness of user plans and activities relevant to ongoing projects.
- Translate business requirements and specifications into software programs using full software development life cycle (SDLC) techniques.
- Prepare and present routine project status reports; communicate with customers as needed.
- Attend staff and technical meetings within the department.
- Work as an active and collaborative team member.
- Utilize advanced skills in C#.NET, Visual Studio, ASP.NET 4.0+, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, React (with hooks and state management), and RESTful API integration.
- Optimize application performance, focusing on component lifecycle and best practices.
- Local to Phoenix; hybrid work model with onsite training for the first 3 months, then transitioning to once a week or less onsite.
