Description

SUMMARY
Senior Network Administrator will lead the design, Integration, and operations of network infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites (huge factories). This role is responsible for establishing enterprise-level network architecture, and ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of Smart factory network environments. The position also drives standardization, automation, and continuous improvements in network area.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Building, managing, and operating the Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco wired/wireless networks.
  • Network Monitoring, Traffic analysis, and identification and application of improvements.
  • Configuring network performance, monitoring environment, analyzing traffic, and applying optimization measures.
  • Oversee wired/wireless network strategy including capacity planning, redundancy for production line and offices.
  • Lead implementation and lifecycle management of enterprise security solutions such as Firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN, NAC (ISE).
  • Lead design documentation, change management, and technical governance reviews.
  • Own incident response and root-cause analysis for critical network failures across all sites.
  • Collaborate with OT/IT, and production teams to align network design with Smart Factory initiatives.
  • Advanced the production site network and manage it so that there are no problems with communication environments such as AMR, facilities, and robots.
  • On-site response for emergency system issues upon manager’s request
  • IT administrative tasks upon manager’s instruction
  • 24/7 production system support for IT-related issues on the shop floor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise or large-scale network infrastructure design and operations.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site or regional network environments. 
  • Deep expertise in L2–L3 switching, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VLAN, QoS, and WAN technologies. 
  • Strong knowledge and Experience in network traffic analysis and vulnerability management.
  • Strong knowledge and Experience in basic network protocols such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, OSI 7 Layers, etc.
  • Experience with high availability and redundancy architectures. 
  • Compiles with the required deadlines and has high reliability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
