Ensure smooth operation of communication networks to maximize performance and availability for users.
- Create network designs (e.g., LLDs, HLDs), analyze network requirements, and plan network changes.
- Manage complex network provisioning, support backbone networks, and activate high-end network elements.
- Configure LAN/WAN/VLAN devices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network availability.
- Perform alarm correlation, manage alarms, and utilize knowledge repositories for resolutions.
- Review network statistics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement capacity management solutions.
- Participate in network hardening, verify configurations, and check OS versions for compliance.
- Proactively maintain quality parameters (SLA/KPIs), contribute to automation tools, and document procedures.
- Maintain project reports, update configurations and tickets, and document methods for future reference.
