Seeking a Senior Network Plant Engineer to support telecommunication infrastructure projects across multiple CONUS locations, with travel required.
- Responsible for survey, design, and implementation of fiber and copper cable plants, power connections, conduits, patch panels, and diagrams.
- Oversees facility restoration, site surveys, and documentation of ISP/OSP configurations.
- Supports infrastructure design, circuit testing, safety standards, and prepares implementation plans.
- Coordinates deployment teams, conducts quality checks, and ensures safe work environments.
- Leads project planning, problem resolution, and supervises engineers or subcontractors.
- Acts as a technical expert across multiple projects, supporting system testing and site restoration.
Required qualifications include a technical BA/BS with 7+ years of experience (or 10+ years with a high school diploma/associate degree), proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD, and a Secret clearance. Experience managing ISP/OSP modernization projects and supporting DoD networks is preferred. Certification such as BICSI RCDD is a plus.
