Provides technical leadership on the development, testing, and implementation of applications such as BigFix, Fortinet Fortigate, ForeScout CounterACT, CISCO NAC, Blue Coat Advanced Security Gateway, AlienVault enterprise IDS, Palo Alto Global Protect Gateway, TrendMicro Deep Security, and other Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) approved products. Directs and controls the development, testing, evaluation or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the CDM solution.

• Provisioning Agencies with CDM approved products, supporting ancillary products, and the associated services to the participating Agencies
• Filling gaps in existing Agency CDM solutions to achieve a common set of capabilities
• Operating and maintaining (O&M) the existing CDM Solution, while continuing to enhance and refresh CDM approved products, as appropriate
• Planning for Agency support of provisioning, configuring, operating, testing, and managing CDM tools, sensors, Agency-level dashboards, and data feeds as well as support for CDM Solution’s governance
• Integrating, Operating, and Maintaining new tools into the Agency-level CDM Dashboard
• Developing, implementing and maintaining the capability for CDM approved products to report information to the Agency-level CDM Dashboard
• Designing, building, deploying, and operating CDM Solution for component offices of the participating agencies that opt-in to the CDM Program
• Agency-specific training for the CDM Solution, the Agency CDM Dashboard, and CDM governance

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience. 
• Comprehensive knowledge with implementing IT security projects in complex and heterogeneous environments. experienced in developing, configuring, and delivering COTS software in support of enterprise security solutions. 
• Skilled in technical integration and solution delivery issues.
• Experience implementing BigFix and Forescout in enterprise security environments.

Knowledge and Experience

• Comprehensive knowledge with implementing IT security projects in complex and heterogeneous environments. 
• Experienced in developing, configuring, and delivering perimeter and boundary network devices in support of enterprise security solutions. 
• Skilled in technical integration and solution delivery issues.
