Sr On-Site Service Specialist

Summary
Client is seeking a Senior On-Site Services Specialist to provide onsite operational, mailroom, document management, and hospitality support in a customer-facing environment. This role is responsible for high-volume copying, document imaging, shipping and receiving, mail processing, and business support services while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, performing physically active work, and maintaining a flexible schedule, including weekends.
This role will require assisting guests with business needs along with shipping and receiving.
Responsibilities
  • Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing services.
  • Operate document imaging equipment and document image handling software.
  • Process, scan, save, transfer, and manage electronic documents using established protocols.
  • Operate Microsoft Office, email systems, and document management systems.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and package distribution.
  • Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail management systems.
  • Perform copier maintenance, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Support bindery, quality control, file services, housekeeping, reception, and other onsite service functions.
  • Assist customers and guests with business service needs while providing a high level of customer service.
  • Support meeting room and light building operations as assigned.
  • Perform occasional local driving between sites as required.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience operating high-volume copiers, document imaging systems, or mailroom equipment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic document management systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive locally (up to 5 miles) as needed.
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends, as business needs require.
