The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Operations Analyst to support communications and operational alignment across Engineering & Construction (E&C), Centralized Operations, and Field Operations. This role is responsible for translating complex operational updates, discussions, and leadership messaging into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand formats for broad audiences, including field teams.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between field, engineering and centralized teams, ensuring consistent, structured communication and supporting operational readiness during system and process changes.

The Main Responsibilities
Communications & Presentation Development
Own development and standardization of communications across E&C, Central Ops, and Field Ops
Translate updates from leadership and operational calls into clear, simplified, and digestible formats for diverse audiences
Create and maintain:
Executive summaries and readouts from communication calls
Presentations for All Hands, Ops calls, and leadership forums
FAQs, job aids, and decision trees
Ensure all communications and presentations are:
Easy to understand and actionable
Structured and visually clear
Tailored for field execution and stakeholder alignment
Operational Readiness & Change Management
Lead communication strategy for system implementations and process changes (e.g., ERP, workflow tools)
Partner with Engineering, Field, and Operations teams to define impacts and messaging
Develop "what's changing / what's not changing" communications
Ensure field teams are informed, prepared, and able to execute during transitions
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a liaison across E&C, Centralized Operations, and Field Operations
Align teams on:
Process expectations
Roles and responsibilities
Timelines and deliverables
Support leadership forums with structured content, presentations, and updates
Process Documentation & Improvement
Develop and maintain SOPs, process flows, and decision frameworks
Identify gaps in communication and operational processes
Drive standardization and continuous improvement across teams
Meeting & Action Management
Capture key takeaways, decisions, and risks from operational calls
Develop structured recaps with clear action items and ownership
Track and drive accountability for follow-through

Main Requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or Process Improvement
Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, or Field Ops environments
Strong communication and presentation development skills
Proven ability to simplify complex topics into clear, consumable formats
Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment RSRFF37
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting system implementations or operational cutovers (e.g., ERP)
Familiarity with E&C workflows (work orders, CWIP, permitting, etc.)
Experience with PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Visio, or similar tools

Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$65,000-$108,000
