Senior Operations Analyst

Centralized Operations Support

Role Summary

The Senior Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day execution and stability of Centralized Operations by owning critical operational controls, workforce enablement processes, and data analysis. This role is responsible for onboarding and offboarding, system access management, and operational support across multiple centralized workgroups, while also providing analytical insight to identify fallout, risks, and improvement opportunities.

The Senior Operations Analyst serves as a trusted operational partner to leadership, ensuring teams are properly enabled, data is accurate, and operational issues are identified and addressed quickly to support service delivery and customer outcomes. This role serves as a critical operational backbone, enabling teams to execute efficiently while minimizing disruption to customers, technicians, and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Enablement & Access Management

· Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for all Centralized Operations workgroups.

· Manage system access, role provisioning, and de-provisioning, ensuring compliance with access standards and audit requirements.

· Partner with IT, Security, and platform teams to resolve access issues and close gaps.

· Maintain accurate documentation of access roles, workflows, and dependencies.

Operational Support & Fallout Management

· Support Centralized Operations teams by identifying, tracking, and analyzing operational fallout and execution issues.

· Assist with issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination across Dispatch, Forecast, Workforce, and Support teams.

· Act as an operational SME for process clarification, escalation support, and exception handling.

· Ensure operational issues are documented and communicated clearly to leadership and impacted teams.

Data Analysis & Reporting

· Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.

· Develop and maintain reporting to support visibility into workload, access metrics, fallout drivers, and execution health.

· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across operational reporting.

· Translate data into actionable insights for leaders and frontline teams.

 

Process Improvement & Documentation

· Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, controls, and workflows.

· Partner with Operations Excellence and leadership to support process updates and change implementation.

· Create and maintain clear process documentation, job aids, and reference materials.

· Support stabilization and continuous improvement efforts across Centralized Operations.

Cross-Functional Partnership

· Serve as a liaison between Centralized Operations, IT, platform teams, and business partners.

· Communicate risks, dependencies, and operational impacts proactively.

· Support cross-functional initiatives that improve execution efficiency and workforce readiness.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

· 3–5+ years of experience supporting operations, workforce enablement, analytics, or centralized operational teams.

· Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, or system access processes at scale.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity.

· High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting field operations, dispatch, forecasting, or workforce management organizations.

· Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, workforce tools, or access management platforms.

· Experience supporting large-scale operational transitions or growth environments.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.

       Compensation

·       This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

·        Location Based Pay Ranges:

$65,000-$108,000
