Location: Chattanooga, TN

Summary:

As a Senior Operations Coordinator you will schedule and coordinates complex jobs and customers with multiple accounts by using good judgment to ensure schedules use appropriate resources efficiently.

What Youll Do:

• Track technician call backs, check collection, commissions and reports as assigned.
• Notify management of subcontractors that do not meet Vector policies/procedures.
• Monitor and track daily activities and reassigns as needed.
• Resolve more complex customer issues.
• Focus on profitable & beneficial business outcomes.
• Provide innovative solutions.

What Youll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1‐3-year customer service experience - preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Advance MS Office skills.
• Necessary business application (MMB, etc.) skills.
• Understands & follows SOG.
