Job Details Job Location: OKC Office - Oklahoma City, OK 73104Position Type: Full TimePosition Summary: The Sr Operations Facilities Analyst is responsible for supporting the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of surface facilities by ensuring accurate capture, validation, and coordination of field activity within SiteView. The role partners closely with the Facilities Engineer on design execution and facility commissioning and plays a key role in coordinating with Regulatory, Environmental, Accounting, and Finance to ensure facility changes are consistently documented, permitted, inventoried, and aligned across systems.Duties & Responsibilities Field activity capture (SiteView): Capture, validate, and maintain daily facility activity, progress, and field costs in SiteView; ensure data is complete and aligned with reporting requirements.Contractor coordination & accruals: Coordinate with third-party contractors to obtain and review activity data; support accrual processes with accurate and timely inputs.Facilities execution support: Partner with the Facilities Engineer to support execution, commissioning, and as-built verification; assist in aligning field conditions with design intent.Measurement & documentation: Support facility measurements and maintain documentation of field changes and observations.Regulatory coordination: Compile and organize data for regulatory submissions; coordinate with Regulatory to maintain documentation.Environmental compliance support: Coordinate with Environmental to maintain accurate equipment inventories and compliance documentation.Inventory & materials: Maintain facility-related inventory transactions and support reconciliation activities.Asset & financial coordination: Partner with Finance to ensure assets are properly recorded for insurability and reporting.Cross-functional communication: Act as a coordination point across Engineering, Operations, and support teams.Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting and workflows and support implementation.Safety & standards: Follow all HSE policies and participate in safety activities.Departmental support: Provide support to the Operations Support team as needed.Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required2+ years of facilities-related experience5-8 years of oil and gas experienceExperience with Peloton SiteView and related applicationsExperience supporting facilities engineering documentationWorking knowledge of surface equipmentStrong attention to detail and ability to reconcile discrepanciesProficiency with Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications Technical certificate or associate degree in industrial maintenance, instrumentation, mechanical, or related disciplineFamiliarity with regulatory and environmental processesBasic understanding of accounting conceptsStrong organizational and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
