Job Description
Responsibilities- Production Management
- Supervise and manage the production process to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure that production schedules are met and adjust as necessary.

- Implement and maintain quality control standards for the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality.

- Team Leadership
- Supervise and lead a team of production and warehouse staff.
- Provide training and guidance to improve team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Implement efficiency measures to enhance overall operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Health and Safety Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
- Implement safety protocols and provide training to staff.
- Facility Management
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly.
- Budget Management
- Collaborate with finance and management to develop and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures.
Qualifications- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and facility management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
