Key Responsibilities
Architect and deploy secure, scalable OT network infrastructure across manufacturing sites, including wired and wireless environments
Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, resolving complex network issues while improving reliability and performance
Establish and enforce network standards, segmentation strategies, and cybersecurity best practices aligned with industrial frameworks
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems, connected devices, and industrial applications into a unified network architecture
Qualifications
7+ years of network engineering experience, including hands-on work within industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong expertise in Cisco-based infrastructure, including industrial switches, firewalls, and secure remote access technologies
Deep understanding of OT networking principles, including industrial protocols and segmentation strategies
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams in complex operational environments
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own OT network strategy within a modern manufacturing environment and play a key role in advancing Industry 4.0 initiatives. The position offers strong visibility, technical ownership, and long-term growth potential.
Location: Jackson, TN - Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 remote) - relocation available *
Travel: Up to 20%
Salary: $130K - $145K + 15% target bonus
