POSITION SUMMARY:

• Prepare, review, and maintain corporate and legal documents, records, minute books, and organizational charts.
• Manage corporate filings and entity compliance, including formations, dissolutions, annual reports, and Secretary of State updates.
• Support M&A, equity, and debt transactions, including due diligence, schedules, and ancillary transaction documents.
• Assist with legal onboarding and integration of acquired entities, as well as researching and summarizing legal and business information.
• Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys, including obtaining executive signatures and completing other tasks as needed.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Paralegal Credentials: Paralegal certification from an American Bar Association-approved program.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Professional & Interpersonal Skills: Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across different personalities and business divisions.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $77,200.00-$115,700.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
