Sr. Paralegal

Location: Des Peres, Missouri (Onsite 4 days / week) 8am - 5pm CST

Role Overview

This role involves supporting litigation, regulatory matters, and subpoenas through activities such as eDiscovery, case management, legal research, and document review. The selected candidate will partner with attorneys, business stakeholders, outside counsel, courts, and regulators to support legal matters. This position requires maintaining confidentiality and contributing to process improvements, training, and special projects while supporting multiple attorneys as workload demands shift across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with litigation matters and case management activities.
• Manage assigned matters, including tracking deadlines, maintaining calendars, and updating case status.
• Draft legal responses and professional correspondence.
• Review and respond to subpoenas and discovery requests.
• Manage data collection, analysis, production, and reporting using legal technology and case management platforms.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other available resources.
• Maintain accurate electronic case files, including call logs, notes, tasks, and supporting documentation.
• Utilize internal systems and databases to research client and matter-related information.
• Provide coverage and support across multiple attorneys and legal teams as business needs require.
