Reports to VP, Assistant General Counsel.What You'll DoFranchise Compliance & EnforcementContract Administration and Lifecycle Management (Franchise Agreements)Disclosure and Regulatory Compliance (FDD and disclosure requirements)Franchise Process Management (franchisee qualification, side consent and development support, internal policies, franchise manual updates)What You Bring to the Team5+ years experience in franchise law with multi‑unit or franchisor companyExperience supporting or managing Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and familiarity with FTC franchise regulations and state registration requirementsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skillsWhy BrinkerAt Brinker, we believe life is short, so work happy!
