Senior Paralegal - Real Estate

Draft and review real estate legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate real estate transactions. Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate regulations. Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and resolve any related issues. Maintain organized records of all transactions and related documentation. Support attorneys with closings, including preparing closing documents and coordinating logistics. Research and summarize legal issues related to real estate transactions. Provide general administrative support to the legal department as needed.

A successful Senior Paralegal - Real Estate should have: Proficiency in drafting and reviewing real estate legal documents. Experience with real estate transactions, including title and survey review. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with relevant state and federal real estate laws and regulations. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Capability to work in a hybrid work environment as needed.
